KKB FITNESS
Our signature hour-long fitness class is taught by our founder Kwame Aidoo. KKB FITNESS has been operating in London, Ontario since 2008. Not only do we sweat it out, but we also have fun while working out. KKB FITNESS is a mix of HIIT exercises, resistance, core and weight training. No matter your fitness level, KKB FITNESS will make you sweat, but most importantly you will have fun working out with like-minded individuals. Give KKB FITNESS a try and we guarantee you will be back.
